Great Dealership

I have had several problems with the Acadia that we bought. We are retired and have only 1 vehicle. Went in for an oil change and once again a major problem was discovered. Leaking coolant. Was at first told no loaner was available. They did find one. Very stressful. Had vehicle from Thursday till the next Tuesday

Out of town and got parts overnight to get me back on the road. Diana was a great customer service rep!

I was surprised at the service desk when I arrived and had to wait several minutes to check in. I was there for a 2:00 appointment to get my oil changed on my 2017 Buick Enclave. I checked in, an hour and a half later I looked outside and my vehicle was complete, however noone came to let me know that. I asked if I could get my car checked out so I could leave. I received my keys and the paperwork to check out and then my second surprise was the shock of the bill, $93.24 for an oil change was not what I expected. I may have to go back to doing them myself!
