You have been excellent over the last 20 years that I have been coming there. But this last oil change and two before that the guy that fills the windshield washer took a break. A couple days after my visit the windshield washer warning lights up. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying. Everything else 99 %.

Service department was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately they could not find the problem. My 2021 Encore is junk. For sometime after you put in reverse then put it in drive, it will rev up and jerk forward. Three other family members drove it and same thing. It does not happen all the time, and doesn’t have a code, so hard to know if someone doesn’t drive it for a day or two. Mechanic said seems like a valve seems to be stuck in the transmission. I have extended warranty so not paying someone else to fix it. Hope Buick sees this, I will be getting rid of this, feel sorry for whoever buys it! Also my daughter did goggle complaints with Encore 2021 and found several complaints. Brenda Sanders

It was very slow getting checked in, All I wanted was an oil change and a filter. An hour after I had been checked in, I was called to the service desk. I thought the work was finished. Instead, they handed me a 5 page list of work that was "Suggested" to be done. Total cost was over $1,700.. I felt like I was in a bait and switch scam. I said, "NO". I waited another 35 minutes. for the job to be done. The experience turned me off!!!
